The Vice President of Supply Chain Finance is responsible for P&L ownership, leading multi-functional teams, ensuring buyer and vendor success, and driving strategic problem-solving to scale the business.

We are looking for a VP – Vendor Finance to own the business end-to-end. This is a high-impact, high-visibility P&L role working directly with the founders. You will lead sales, customer success, and operations—ensuring buyer programs scale, vendor participation grows, and the business scales predictably and profitably.
Key Responsibilities:
Business & P&L Ownership
- Own revenue, profitability, and growth targets
- Track and drive performance across leading and lagging indicators
- Ensure disciplined execution against monthly plans
Buyer & Vendor Success
- Ensure success of all ongoing buyer programs
- Drive rapid onboarding and scaling of new programs
- Improve buyer and vendor experience through structured interventions
- Personally handle high-impact escalations when needed
Team Leadership
- Lead and scale a 20-25 member team across sales, customer success, and ops
- Manage attrition and hiring pipeline to ensure optimum capacity
- Set clear goals, metrics, and accountability
- Build a culture of ownership, transparency, and high performance
Process & Playbook Building
- Design scalable GTM and ops playbooks
- Implement root-cause-based problem solving (RCU mindset)
- Reduce recurring issues through systemic fixes
Strategic Problem Solving
- Identify structural bottlenecks in growth and execution
- Partner with founders on strategic decisions
- Drive cross-functional alignment with product and tech
Requirements
- 5 - 10 years in SME Lending / Supply Chain Finance or Financial services
- Proven track record of growing P&L or business unit from $1M to $10M+
- Experience leading multi-functional teams (across sales, operations, product)
- Strong problem solving and results orientation
- Excellent stakeholder and people management
- High ownership and accountability
