Job summary:
As a Vice President - Strategy and Transformation, you will help enable data-driven management of one of the firm's largest control testing organizations, supporting more than 1,100 employees globally. You will deliver strategic insights, executive decision support, and performance analytics that help senior leaders assess organizational performance, prioritize investments, drive accountability, and measure transformation outcomes.
This is a highly visible role that works directly with senior leadership to translate complex operational, workforce, quality, risk, and transformation data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
Job responsibilities:
- Deliver strategic insights and recommendations to inform leadership priorities, resource allocation, and business outcomes.
- Drive leadership accountability through performance transparency, executive reporting, and actionable business intelligence.
- Develop executive-level analyses to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and emerging business issues.
- Measure organizational performance across execution, quality, workforce, risk, regulatory management, and transformation objectives.
- Assess transformation initiatives and establish methodologies for measuring outcomes, value realization, and business impact.
- Partner with leaders across TCoE, Control Management, Risk, Compliance, Audit, Operations, Technology, and Data & Analytics to improve organizational performance and effectiveness.
- Support development of the strategic roadmap for management reporting, analytics, automation, and performance capabilities.
- Translate complex data into compelling executive narratives, recommendations, and decision support materials.
- Identify opportunities to simplify reporting, improve data quality, and automate management information processes.
- Support operating reviews, leadership forums, quarterly business reviews, and strategic planning activities.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Qualified graduate with minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in business management, strategy, transformation, analytics, consulting, finance, operations, workforce planning, executive reporting, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into executive-level insights and actionable recommendations.
- Experience supporting senior leaders with business performance management, strategic planning, or executive decision-making.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes across large, matrixed organizations.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and executive presentation skills.
- Ability to connect performance measures and analytics to business objectives and organizational outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience in management consulting, business management, strategy, enterprise transformation, or organizational effectiveness.
- Experience supporting executive operating reviews, performance governance, or business performance management programs.
- Experience developing executive dashboards, scorecards, KPIs/KRIs, or management reporting frameworks.
- Familiarity with control management, risk, audit, testing, compliance, or regulatory environments.
- Experience with analytics, business intelligence, data visualization, automation, or AI-enabled solutions.
