We’re seeking a future team member for the role of “Production Services Infrastructure Support” to join our “BNY TSG Eagle Infrastructure Team”. This role is located in Pune, India.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Operations management: Oversee daily operations, troubleshoot complex issues across various systems (servers, storage, cloud, etc.), and manage incident, change, and problem management processes.
- Automation and optimization: Drive continuous improvement by creating and implementing automated solutions to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance availability.
- Administration of Windows / VMware / RedHat Linux infrastructure and servers.
- Vulnerability remediation Windows / RedHat Linux servers patching.
- Administration of SMTP / Exchange infrastructure.
- Administration of Azure AVS and VMware Virtualization on-Prem Infrastructure.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Computer Graduate with 10+ years of Experience in Infrastructure administration.
- Experience Windows/ VMware / RedHat Linux administration.
- Experience Azure / VMware / Oracle Cloud.
- Exposure NAS and SAN administration.
- Exposure in Powershell / Ansible role-based automation / Python scripting.
- Exposure on Cisco UCS, Oracle Exadata.
- Excellent written, verbal communication and Interpersonal skill
