About the Team & Business Line:
Citco Group provides services to our Citco Group of Companies and helps business to succeed in excellent client service.
As a valuable member of our Finance team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support business operations and help them to achieve their goals.
ResponsibilitiesYour Role:
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, applicable tax & other regulations for both the India entities (Pvt Ltd & LLP)
Prepare Annual financials & support statutory audits, tax audits
Manage month end and year end closing processes including Journal entries, accruals & provisions ensuring timely & accurate financial reporting
Ensure timely completion of deliverables as per SLA and on time book close, variance analysis, month end commentary, Cash flow forecast, etc
Support effective management of funds & treasury operations
Plan dividend payouts & profit repatriations
Review Balance sheet reconciliations to ensure compliance with Standard accounting practices & Citco Policies
Ensure compliance with GST, Income tax & SEZ regulations
Support and complete internal/external audit requests with Deloitte
Build & maintain regular contact with local & onshore stakeholders across Citco offices
Maintain & generate standard monthly dashboards around KPI’s
About You:
Qualified Chartered Accountant
Preferred Diploma in IFRS or working knowledge of IFRS.
12-14 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably from an MNC, captive shared service center, Multi location organization
2-3 Years’ experience of leading a small team of finance professionals
Strong knowledge of Indian AS, tax laws and regulatory compliance
Knowledge of SEZ regulations & compliance is desired
Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work effectively with all levels of organization
Strong analytical skills and ability to handle complex accounting processes
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Knowledge of Oracle Fusion will be preferable.
