The ideal candidate will possess domain experience & Business Development background that enables him/her to engage at all levels of a customer organization, specially C-levels of the business and IT. He/She will also demonstrate a strong technical and vertical competency focused on the business objectives, IT landscape and preferably cloud computing. He/she should be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a Vertical - coverage plan, business objectives, deliver revenue, build, train, mentor and manage a strong team for the same. 
 
Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Deliver Overall revenue, P&L & acquisition targets for the verticals of BFSI, Life Sciences, Energ in line with the overall vision and values of the company 
  • Leading development of capability including defining forward compatible & repeatable domain-specific solutions required to have a differentiated set of offerings across practices by partnering internally and externally. 
  • Developing point of view thought leadership to generate pipeline of clients that advance the region offerings, thereby creating large deals across the vertical in India and foreign markets – ASEAN, Singapore, ANZ and US. 
  • Team with the customers’ technology and lines of business teams to build and strengthen the strategic relationships across these accounts, articulating a clear vision and generating enthusiasm while impacting all business groups 
  • Responsible for establishing connects at C-levels within the defined set of accounts and help implement a broad strategy to earn customer delight and service delivery excellence 
  • Work with appropriate cross functional teams of Minfy to support customers’ interests 
  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Minfy services. 
  • Maintain an accurate forecast and various business reports 
  • Prepare and give business reviews to Leadership team. 


Requirements
  • 10+ years of business development experience in IT industry 
  • 5+ years of Vertical Domain experience  
  • Direct field experience in working with top enterprises/ fast growing companies - startups, ISVs, unicorns, DNBs 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and experience in GTM planning. 
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives. 
  • Proven track record of working across multiple geographies including but not limited to India, ASEAN, Singapore, ANZ & US. 
  • Effective presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills  
  • Ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations. 
  • Self-driven, accountable, display balance between tactical and strategic initiatives and should possess the ability to adapt to the values and culture of Minfy Technologies.  

Preferred Qualifications 

  • B.Com/BBA/BE/B.Tech or Equivalent degree required. Masters or MBA a plus. 
  • Vertical Domain experience in working with top enterprises/high growth startups/ Leading ISVs and digital native companies across the country and beyond. 
  • Team management experience preferred. 
  • A strong understanding of Cloud technology as a service would be preferred  
  • Other experiences to include: experience in large complex deal negotiations with a successful track record; ability to navigate across Minfy and the customer in a trusted advisor/consultative approach; and, establishing credibility quickly with senior level executives across the organizations, Lead Vertical solutions building.
