We are seeking a Verification Specialist (Voice) with strong experience in international BPO voice processes. This role involves conducting thorough background checks and ensuring compliance with client requirements while maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Conduct employment, education, and reference checks for candidates as per client guidelines.
- Handle 80–100 inbound/outbound calls per day to verify information.
- Process, analyze, and document verification results accurately in the system.
- Ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery within defined SLAs and TAT.
- Maintain integrity, discipline, and confidentiality in all processes.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Be flexible to work overtime when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum HSC or equivalent qualification.
- 3+ years of experience in international BPO voice processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling).
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts or permanent night shift.
- Must have complete background documentation.
