Summary: As a User Experience Designer, you will analyze the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience. Your role involves understanding user behavior and designing interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and usability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups. - Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to implement designs. - Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for iterative improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles. - Experience with design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma. - Knowledge of interaction design and information architecture. - Experience in conducting user research and usability testing. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
