We are looking for a US IT Recruiter to join our HR department and help us grow our IT teams. US IT Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
- Location: Vashi, New Mumbai
- Time: 9:00PM to 6:00AM
- Excellent oral and written communication skill
- Comfortable to work in night shift
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. Technical recruiting and Boolean search)
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Hands on experience with the Job boards like Monster, Dice, Career Builder, LinkedIn etc
- Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation of the United States
- Work from Home and Ready to Work from Office post Pandemic
