In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering new insurance submissions into our client's underwriting system and ensuring all required data is reported to regulatory agencies. You must have a high level of attention to detail, exceptional data entry skills, and the ability to conduct thorough research.
This position is remote and offers you the flexibility of working from home.
- Enter new insurance submissions into the company’s underwriting system with precision
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of submissions data to maintain high standards of quality
- Input necessary data into regulatory agencies’ websites as required, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all submissions and regulatory filings
- Communicate with underwriters to resolve any discrepancies in submission data
- Perform other administrative tasks related to underwriting and regulatory compliance as needed.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in MS Office and other data entry software
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Senior High School Diploma or equivalent
- Education or Certification in insurance, finance or a related field would be a plus
Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.
Hours:US Eastern Standard Time (EST) – 9am to 6pm
