The UI/UX Developer is essential for crafting interfaces that prioritize user needs, resulting in intuitive, aesthetically pleasing designs. An ideal candidate will have the expertise to enhance brand perception, boost user satisfaction, and maintain a competitive advantage by delivering seamless experiences across various platforms and devices.
This position is located 100% in our Navi Mumbai office.
The Work

• User Research and Analysis
  
  • Conducting in-depth research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors, and analyzing data to inform design decisions.
  • Developing personas and journey maps to represent the different types of users and their interactions with the product.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest UX research, trends, and tools to continually refine research processes.
• Wireframing and Prototyping
  
  • Creating wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and gather feedback early in the development process.
  • Applying best practices in UX to wireframe layouts for different screen sizes and platforms, ensuring responsive and adaptive design.
• UI Design and Visual Communication
  
  • Designing user interfaces that are visually appealing, intuitive to use, and consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Crafting a cohesive style guide that includes typography, color schemes, button styles, and other visual elements that align with the brand.
  • Collaborating with the branding team to ensure the UI design effectively communicates the desired brand experience.
• Usability Testing and Iteration
  
  • Conducting usability tests to identify pain points and areas for improvement and iterating on designs based on user feedback to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Analyzing test results to identify patterns and insights, presenting findings to the development team and stakeholders.
  • Prioritizing user feedback to guide the design iteration process, ensuring that user needs are addressed while balancing technical feasibility and business objectives.
•  Collaboration and Communication
  
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment between design goals and business objectives, and effectively communicating design decisions and rationale.
  • Documenting design processes and decisions, creating comprehensive deliverables that guide development and ensure alignment with the project vision.

Required Qualifications

• Education and Experience:
  
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, proficiency in UI/UX design principles and tools, graphic design skills, familiarity with front-end development, a strong portfolio, and effective communication abilities.
• Knowledge and Skills required:
  
  • UI/UX Developers require skills in UI/UX design principles, proficiency with design tools, user research, wireframing/prototyping, usability testing, basic front-end development, visual design, problem-solving, communication, and attention to detail
