Own end-to-end UI/UX design for conversion-focused websites, enterprise dashboards, internal tools, and campaign journeys. Build and maintain scalable design systems, use AI-assisted prototyping, conduct user research and A/B testing, and optimize conversion paths through analytics. Create sales and marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite, while collaborating with leadership, international stakeholders, and front-end engineers to deliver designs from Figma to implementation.
Key Responsibilities
• Digital Experience & Conversion: Own end-to-end UX/UI for conversion-focused landing pages, corporate web portals, and campaign journeys that turn traffic into qualified pipeline.
• Enterprise UI/UX Solutions: Design intuitive, data-dense interfaces, dashboards, and internal tools, ensuring complex enterprise workflows feel effortless and user-centric.
• Design Systems & Scalability: Build, scale, and maintain Indovance’s centralized Design System (components, typography, icon libraries, and interaction standards) to ensure visual and functional consistency across all channels.
• AI-Assisted Prototyping & "Vibe Coding": Leverage modern AI design-to-code platforms (e.g., Lovable) and prompt engineering workflows to rapidly validate and prototype high-fidelity concepts.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Conduct continuous user research using heat maps, session recordings (Hot jar/Clarity), and form drop-off analytics to run high-impact A/B tests and optimize conversion paths.
• Brand & Sales Asset Elevation: Translate complex business briefs into executive-ready sales decks, gated content, event collateral, and multimedia visual assets across the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Articulate design rationale to internal leadership, US/UK client stakeholders, and front-end engineering teams to ensure flawless execution from Figma to build.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on UI/UX design experience, with a proven track record supporting enterprise-grade B2B products, digital agencies, or global services firms serving US/UK/EU client bases.
• Core Design Stack: Expert-level mastery of Figma and proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• AI & Next-Gen Workflow Mastery: Hands-on experience with AI-assisted design systems, prompt engineering, and rapid prototyping tools (e.g., Lovable, v0, or modern design-to-code engines).
• Front-End & CMS Context: Solid understanding of CMS platforms (HubSpot, Web flow, or WordPress) alongside foundational knowledge of HTML/CSS to enable seamless developer hand offs.
• Analytics & UX Research: Demonstrated experience utilizing GA4, Hot jar, Clarity, and A/B testing methodologies to inform design decisions.
• Global Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with the confidence to collaborate directly with international teams and executive leadership.
