UGC Creative Coordinator (Remote)

Company: Launch With Us
Location: Remote
Reports to: Creative Strategist
Salary: $900–$1,350
Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)

Background

Launch With Us is one of the fastest-growing advertising agencies in the UK, specialising in e-commerce brands. Since our founding in 2021 by a team of seasoned leaders, we’ve rapidly expanded with a high-performing team of 10 A-Players. Over the past year, we’ve successfully managed over £8 million in Meta and TikTok ads, delivering profitable results for renowned clients such as Khanum’s, Lucy & Lola, Ovrload, DJK, Bubble Panda, and Watermans.

As we continue to grow and expand our UGC creative offering, we’re now seeking a detail-driven Creative Coordinator (UGC) to own the execution and delivery of UGC content across client accounts. This role is responsible for creator sourcing, pricing coordination, logistics, and timeline management — ensuring UGC flows smoothly from sourcing → delivery → editing, without strategists needing to chase creators or manage admin.

Requirements

As a Creative Coordinator (UGC), you will sit at the heart of our UGC production process — managing creator operations end-to-end across multiple accounts.

1) Creator sourcing & selection
  • Source, shortlist, and book UGC creators aligned with each brand’s requirements.
  • Maintain a reliable creator bench across niches, styles, and price points.
  • Assess creators using clear criteria (availability, responsiveness, content quality, fit).
2) Pricing, negotiation & creator management
  • Confirm creator rates, deliverables, timelines, and usage terms using our standard model.
  • Handle creator outreach, onboarding, and ongoing communication.
  • Keep creator details, rates, and agreements clearly documented and easy to reference.
3) UGC brief coordination
  • Receive approved briefs from the strategy team and translate them into clear creator instructions.
  • Ensure creators fully understand expectations before filming begins.
  • Answer questions and resolve issues proactively to prevent production delays.
4) Timeline & delivery management
  • Own UGC production timelines across accounts.
  • Track key milestones (brief sent → product shipped → filming → delivery → revisions).
  • Follow up proactively to prevent delays and escalate risks early when needed.
5) Quality control & handoff
  • Run checklist-based QA on incoming content (format, clarity, brief alignment).
  • Coordinate revisions with creators when required.
  • Organise and deliver final assets to the editing team cleanly and on time.
How You’ll Work
  • You’ll operate within existing processes, templates, and tools (Notion, Slack, Google Drive, Frame.io).
  • Creative direction, strategy, and performance analysis are handled by the Creative Strategist.
  • You’re accountable for execution, coordination, and delivery — keeping timelines tight and output consistent.
Success Looks Like
  • Creators are easy to work with, aligned, and on time.
  • No missed deadlines or unclear deliverables.
  • Strategists don’t have to chase creators or manage logistics.
  • Creator pricing, timelines, and usage terms are clear and documented.
  • UGC flows smoothly from sourcing → delivery → editing.
Main Requirements
  • Strong organisation and follow-through — you don’t let projects drift.
  • Clear, confident written communication (briefs, creator instructions, follow-ups).
  • Comfort managing multiple creators, accounts, and timelines at once.
  • Confidence enforcing standard terms, deadlines, and expectations professionally.
  • Experience in UGC, influencer, or creator coordination is preferred — but not required if you’re highly organised and fast to learn.
Ideal Candidate Qualities
  • You take full ownership of your area and love being the person who keeps things moving.
  • You’re proactive, calm under pressure, and solutions-first.
  • You enjoy operational work and take pride in clean systems and clear documentation.
  • You’re excited about eCommerce and the creative that drives performance for fast-growing brands.

Benefits
  • You will be part of a world-class team made up of high-performing individuals.
  • You will gain deep insight into how high-growth brands scale using creative strategy and paid social.
