As “Trust Onboarding Specialist Professional” within our “Wealth Management Trusts & Estates”, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.
Job Responsibilities- Review account opening forms and supporting documents, updating account/client information, terms, and fees in coordination with the US coverage team
- Interpret governing instruments and applicable law to establish account records, including payment and fee schedules
- Complete all account opening requirements by following established checklists
- Conduct QA/QC checks on new account codings
- Validate that appropriate account codings are in place
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree
- Bring 5+ years of financial services experience with exposure to managing client information
- Demonstrate technical skills and interest in working with data and systems
- Understand how data components work together across processes and systems
- Translate information from emails/documents into accurate system data updates
- Apply initiative, critical analysis, and sound judgment to problem solving and risk management
- Communicate clearly and concisely with strong time management, learning agility, and adaptability
- Build strong relationships with colleagues in India and across the Global Trusts & Estates Practice
- Leverage prior experience working in the Trusts & Estates space
