Job Responsibilities:
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Understanding of trim textile and trim development process.
• Understanding the OEM seat craftmanship issues, quality, cost and safety requirements. Review and Check Foam, trim Design and Seat STO and Provide Feedback to CFT.
• Understanding of trim STO (Seat trim outline), Drawings and BOM and textile specs.
• Understanding of Trim Cut & sew process and able to sew and build covers.
• Good Knowledge about trim patterns development on Physical Foam pads.
• Knowledge about trim Patterns digitization.
• Responsible to check Trim patterns physically and able to correct in the trim software.
• Develop and design the trim strategy as per program need.
• Good Knowledge about seat manufacturing (open and build) process.
• Effectively conduct communication (verbal and written) with engineering, operations management, plant management, and customers, as appropriate.

Qualification & Experience:

• ITI & Diploma in mechanical/production/Automobile.
• 10 + Year experience
