About the RoleAs our Treasury Manager, you will build and run our treasury function end to end. You’ll establish the backbone for how Aspora handles foreign exchange, liquidity, and banking partnerships across multiple geographies and asset types.
You’ll work closely with the founder, engineers, and external banking partners to ensure we’re running a capital-efficient, high-velocity cross-border business.
This is a hands-on role that blends execution with strategic ownership.

What You’ll OwnDaily FX & Liquidity Operations: Run end-to-end FX execution, manage liquidity positions, track market movements, and ensure smooth daily cash settlement across currencies.
Hedging & Risk Management: Design and execute hedging strategies to manage currency, liquidity, and counterparty risk; monitor exposures and build guardrails.
Banking & Partner Management: Own relationships with global banks, payment partners, and liquidity providers; negotiate terms and ensure operational reliability.
FinOps & Fund Movements: Oversee treasury FinOps, including fund transfers across entities, corridor-level cash allocation, reconciliations, and ensuring timely settlement flows.
Treasury MIS & Reporting: Build and maintain MIS that gives real-time visibility into FX positions, liquidity, exposures, risk, and operational performance.
Capital & Compliance: Support capital-raising (including debt facilities), maintain covenant discipline, and ensure treasury operations comply with regulatory and internal standards.
Process & Infrastructure Build: Create the treasury operating system—SOPs, controls, workflows, dashboards, and reconciliation processes—from the ground up.
Automation & Systems: Build automated workflows for FX trades, cash sweeps, fund movements, reconciliations, and reporting; partner with engineering to create scalable tooling.
6+ years in Treasury / FX / Capital Markets, ideally across banks, fintechs, or high-volume cross-border environments.
Hands-on experience with daily FX booking, liquidity positioning, settlements, and fund movements, including T+0/T+1 execution cycles.
Strong grounding in treasury FinOps, reconciliations, cash-flow allocation, and MIS/reporting.
Track record of managing banking and liquidity-provider relationships — negotiating terms, coordinating on operational issues, and ensuring corridor reliability.
Ability to design and operationalise SOPs, controls, reconciliation workflows, and risk frameworks from scratch.
Solid understanding of multi-currency liquidity, cross-border corridors, and exotic currency management.
Comfortable working with banks, regulators, finance, product, and engineering teams.
Bias for building and automation — you don’t wait for instructions; you design, improve, and scale.
Bonus: exposure to digital FX, on-chain liquidity rails, or DeFi-like primitives.
