In the Treasury team, we build and manage the financial infrastructure that enables global businesses to operate seamlessly across emerging markets. As a Treasury Analyst based in India, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency, control, and scalability of our treasury operations across Southeast Asia, South Asia, and Africa.
What your day-to-day will look like:- Oversee the end-to-end treasury operational lifecycle, including settlement processes and remittance execution with local partners.
- Manage FX documentation submission and support cross-border payment flows with banking partners.
- Act as the primary operational liaison with local banks and partners, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Perform accurate and timely reconciliations of settlements and financial transactions.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
- Partner with regional leadership to support the launch and operationalization of new markets across Southeast Asia and South Asia.
- Provide operational support to treasury activities in Singapore.
- Act as backup support for African treasury operations, ensuring business continuity across time zones.
- Identify and drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational efficiencies.
- Solid experience in Treasury, Payments, or Financial Operations.
- Strong understanding of cross-border payments, remittance flows, and emerging market dynamics.
- Experience with liquidity and cash management, including multi-currency environments.
- Knowledge of FX operations, currency exposure, and conversion mechanisms.
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills, with the ability to handle large datasets.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with TMS, ERP systems, or SQL is a plus.
- Understanding of financial regulations, including KYC/AML and central bank requirements.
- Advanced English skills for communication with global stakeholders.
- Experience working in fast-growing fintech or payments companies.
- Exposure to multiple regions such as Southeast Asia, South Asia, or Africa.
- Experience supporting market expansion or new country launches.
- Experience driving automation or process optimization initiatives.
