As a Product Delivery Manager in Trade & Working Capital, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.
Responsible for Analysis and delivery of Business Requirements for Trade finance business driven initiatives working closely with Operations, Business and Technology partners.
Job Responsibilities:
- Discuss, understand and document the full functional scope of a change initiative.
- Provide and own detailed documented requirements for technology changes along with user journeys and other supporting artifacts.
- Define and own a functional roadmap for the change initiative.
- Participate in workstream Agile ceremonies to elaborate on the requirements and impart SME knowledge.
- Provide detailed functional impact at the initiation stage of a change or a project.
- Discuss with stakeholders and assign business priority against individual components of a change initiative.
- Identify and escalate functional risks throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Functionally support go-live and immediate after-care.
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support the Trade business.
- Participate in third-party vendor projects during proof-of-concepts, analysis and implementation.
- Be aware of user experience vis-à-vis the changes being built/delivered.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- 7 years or more experience in Trade Finance. 3 years or more experience as Business Analyst or Subject Matter Expert.
- Experience in working in an Agile environment. Experience in working with international partners.
- Strong analysis skills. Ability to identify and highlight risks.
- Ability to manage, negotiate with & influence stakeholders.
- Exceed customer expectations in delivery and management. Ability to engage and deliver on time with the right amount of detail.
- Experience of Software Delivery Lifecycle using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Business acumen. Problem resolution skills
- Awareness of user experience vis-à-vis the changes being built/delivered
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
Hands on experience in Trade Finance operations is an added benefit.
Awareness of industry changes including digitization and Trade Based Money Laundering
