Job Summary
As a Trade Support Analyst within the Agency Lending Department, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations related to trade settlements and contract management. You will be expected to work under pressure to meet deadlines, liaise with stakeholders, and enhance team performance. Your role will be pivotal in aligning operations with broader business strategies and delivering client-centric solutions.

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities
- Provide hands-on leadership to the Agency Lending Trade Management/Settlements team.
- Understand the Trade Life Cycle and Settlements to ensure effective management.
- Ensure day-to-day operations are managed within the key operational parameters determined.
- Align priorities with the broader business strategy to drive success.
- Communicate and influence behavior upstream and with partners to improve results.
- Prioritize and deliver results to achieve business objectives efficiently.
- Identify issues and escalate them as needed for timely resolution.
- Identify ways to improve processes and procedures to enhance quality and productivity.
- Identify and deliver appropriate solutions that address the needs of clients, customers, and stakeholders.
- Anticipate and promptly address client, customer, and stakeholder needs.
