Job Summary:
As a Trade Lifecycle Specialist - Operations Analyst in our dynamic FX Ops team, you will be a key player in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Your passion for meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work will be crucial in defining, refining, and achieving our firm's goals. You will provide comprehensive support for the day-to-day operations of FX Products, ensuring that our high standards of service delivery are met. Your role will involve regular interaction with both external clients and internal partners, and you will be expected to comply with all company policies, procedures, and controls for the safety of our company and its clients. Job Responsibilities:
- As the FX Ops: Operations Analyst, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm. You would be providing comprehensive support for the day-to-day Operations for FX Products.
- Provide comprehensive support for the day-to-day operations for FX Products.
- Possess FX trade life cycle knowledge with experience in FX Operations (Confirmations/Settlements/Post-Settlements) teams, involving handling SWIFTs and/or nostro breaks, including working in a currency cut-off driven environment.
- Handle daily volumes and large settlement amounts/breaks, meeting timelines and service delivery standards, and escalate issues timely to mitigate risk of delayed settlement and/or resolve related nostro breaks.
- Engage in client servicing, regularly interacting with external clients and internal partners (e.g., Trading/Sales desks and Middle Office groups) over emails and phone calls.
- Utilize sound knowledge of Microsoft Office tools to perform BAU activities and prepare/publish reports as required.
- Comply with policies, procedures, and controls at all times for the safety of the company and its clients.
- Function as an individual contributor in this role.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Bachelor's Degree from a leading academic institution
- Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, service commitment, and solid organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication.
Preffered qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Post-graduate level qualification with 3+ years of experience in Investment Banking Operations is preferred
