What would you do? The Compensation & Benefits Associate provides transactional and administrative support for compensation and benefits services. The role focuses on processing employee and manager requests related to salary changes, benefits administration, and compensation updates by following defined processes and work instructions. The associate ensures data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely resolution of requests while delivering a high level of customer service. Compensation & Benefits refers to the total rewards that employees receive from their employer. This includes their salary or wages, bonuses, health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other perks. The aim is to fairly compensate employees and provide benefits that support their well-being and job satisfaction. Design processes for performing salary adjustments, providing bonus / incentives, maintaining salary and job tables and managing employee stock purchase plan.
What are we looking for? "• Relevant years of HR Operations or Shared Services experience • Exposure to Compensation & Benefits or employee data management processes is an advantage" • Bachelor’s degree (B.A / B.Com / B.Sc / B.Tech or equivalent). •"Must be open to Australian shift timings: (9 am to 5 pm) Australian time" "• Basic understanding of Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations processes • Strong attention to detail with focus on data accuracy • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Good written and verbal communication skills in English • Customer service orientation and ability to handle sensitive information professionally • Ability to follow standard procedures and work instructions consistently • Willingness to work in a process-driven, metrics-oriented environment"
Roles and Responsibilities: •"• Process incoming Compensation & Benefits requests received via email, case management tools, or portals • Execute compensation and benefits transactions accurately as per defined business rules and LWIs • Update employee compensation and benefits data accurately in HR systems • Support benefits enrollment, compensation changes, and employee data updates • Manage case workflow effectively and escalate issues when required • Respond to employee and manager queries related to compensation and benefits within agreed SLAs • Ensure compliance with client policies, data privacy, and confidentiality requirements • Maintain quality, accuracy, and productivity metrics • Identify and highlight process gaps or documentation issues to SMEs or Team Leads • Participate in team meetings, knowledge sharing, and team-building activities"
