We're seeking someone to join our team as a Director level, supporting Third Party Resilience within the Global Third-Party Program Management team. This position plays an integral role in strengthening the Firm's ability to manage operational disruption by overseeing resilience standards and risk mitigation across external vendors.
In the Corporate Services division, we empower our businesses by creating collaborative workplace solutions and commercial services that enhance the employee and client experience, while optimizing the value of our sourcing and third-party lifecycle to enable the Firm to do-and-win business. This is a Director level position within the Third Party Risk Management, which specializes in identifying, analyzing, and managing risks presented to a company as a result of working with external parties / vendors.

What you'll do in the role:
- Incident Response Support: Assist with tracking third-party incidents, gather intel from vendors as appropriate and review vendor incident response processes
- Integrate AI to assist in identifying resilience related gaps or weaknesses in third party response when compared to documented assessments
- Continuous monitoring: Support ongoing monitoring of high-risk vendors based on severity and impact of tracked incidents
- Support periodic reviews and refreshes of Vendor Resilience information to identify resilience related gaps or weaknesses
- Support post-incident documentation and lessons-learned inputs
What you'll bring to the role:
- Bachelor's degree in: Business Administration, Risk Management, or Business Continuity/Resilience
- At least 5+ years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role

- 2-4 years of experience in Third-Party risk management, Compliance or Resilience
- Familiarity with Third-Party Risk frameworks and Regulatory requirements
- Proficient in Excel for data analysis
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication to explain risk concepts clearly to internal stakeholders
- Analytical Thinker: A proactive mindset for identifying potential threats before they escalate into outages
