Test Network Administrator

We are looking for a Job Profile Technical Support Engineer II:

• Supervision of the test network to ensure high performance. Tasks involve implementations, troubleshooting and actions, which may be related to software, hardware, internet, mobile networks, and the people hosting our devices.
• Partner management, such as onboarding, contracts, relations and payments.
• Shipping and customs clearance.
• Support for our customers with SLAs.
• Ideas and initiatives for improvements.

      Skills which are good for the role:

• Looking for 3+ years of experience
• A strong work ethic and a positive can-do attitude.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work with administrative tasks in a technical environment and mix routine work with own initiatives.
• Willingness to learn about technical applications, such as mobile phones, computers, and Internet.
• Ability to work within defined objectives.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English (fluent).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• University degree.

Technical Requirements (will be an advantage)

• Basics knowledge about mobile networks
• Basic knowledge about Internet networks
