Role -Test Manager (Asset Services & Transaction Management)

Role Summary

Drive day-to-day testing management across asset services and transaction management workstreams, coordinating planning, execution, defect resolution, and reporting for T+1 delivery.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage day-to-day test execution activities across functional, regression, UAT, and operational scenario cycles for asset services and transaction management.
  • Maintain detailed test plans, schedules, entry / exit criteria, traceability, and execution reporting across aligned workstreams.
  • Coordinate testers, SMEs, and stakeholders to ensure scenarios, test data, environments, and dependencies are ready for each cycle.
  • Perform hands-on testing support across functional, regression, UAT, and operational scenario cycles
  • Create and execute test cases, scenarios, and test data, including defect logging and retesting
  • Oversee defect triage, prioritisation, retesting, and status communication, ensuring clear ownership and timely resolution.
  • Track impacts linked to settlement flows, exception processing, funding timelines, and operational cut-offs during test execution.
  • Support go-live readiness, rehearsal planning, and stabilization reporting in partnership with business and programme leads.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in testing, QA coordination, or business change delivery within securities services or capital markets.
  • Hands-on experience managing testing activities across multiple business teams and coordinating defect and issue resolution.
  • Understanding of asset servicing, transaction management, settlements, or custody workflows.
  • Strong organisation, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to work at pace while maintaining high levels of structure and attention to detail.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality documentation
Bonus Points For
  • Experience with T+1 / T+0 readiness, rehearsal execution, or operational proving.
  • Exposure to test management tooling, MI reporting, and governance support.
  • Consulting or programme delivery experience in complex environments.
  • Track record of managing stakeholders and supporting sustainable transformation

Programme context: All roles sit within a T+1 change environment spanning securities services business analysis, operational readiness, and testing, with close dependency on custody, settlements, asset servicing, transaction management, FX, liquidity, and client funding considerations.
