Technical Requirement:
Domain: Any Banking and Financial Domain, Trade Life cycle, Prime Brokerage and knowledge on OTC products will be a plus. Knowledge
- Excellent understanding of the project lifecycle
- Excellent understanding of Global Change Delivery Business Transformation Frameworks and best practice techniques.
- Thorough understanding of the purpose, value, culture, and fundamentals of Global Change Delivery.
- Strong understanding of banking and understanding of how change drives benefits for business, its customers, and other stakeholders Role Experience: -
- Highly skilled test manager who will be responsible for developing and executing test strategies and collaborating with other departments for on time and error free delivery.
- Extensive Test management skills and experience of managing large and complex projects cutting across different functions within a Trade Life Cycle.
- In depth experience of working in a banking environment and change projects
- Good stakeholder management experience, especially impactful communication, influencing and running project governance Implementation, change management and benefits realization.
- Coordinate cross functional teams to understand project requirements and develop test strategies.
- Oversee the execution of testcases across the program, ensuring thorough testing coverage and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage the testing environment, including test data, tolls, and resources to support testing activities.
- Track & report testing status progress, including defects found, test coverage and release readiness. Tools
