Summary:
As a Test Automation Engineer, a typical day involves applying quality processes and leveraging automation tools and methodologies to enhance testing products and solutions. The role centers on managing the entire quality engineering function with a strong emphasis on automation, aiming to elevate control, accuracy, and integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. This position requires continuous engagement with evolving testing strategies to ensure that products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize testing workflows.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of automated test scripts to support continuous integration and delivery.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices in automation testing.
- Monitor and analyze test results to identify areas for improvement and ensure consistent quality delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using Selenium.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and quality assurance principles.
- Familiarity with continuous integration tools and version control systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug automation scripts to ensure reliability and performance.
- Knowledge of scripting languages and test framework development to enhance automation capabilities.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
