Summary:
As a Test Automation Engineer, your day involves applying quality processes and utilizing automation tools and methodologies to enhance testing products and solutions. You will oversee the entire quality engineering function with a strong emphasis on automation, aiming to improve control, accuracy, and integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that testing activities are streamlined and effective, contributing to the overall success of the project by maintaining high standards of quality and reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize testing processes.
- Assist in mentoring junior team members to build their skills and knowledge in automation testing.
- Continuously evaluate and implement new tools and techniques to enhance automation efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts.
- Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and best practices.
- Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Knowledge of scripting languages and software development lifecycle concepts.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
