Estamos actualmente, seleccionando un TÉCNICO (H/M) DE SOPORTE TÉCNICO EN REPUESTOS DE ASCENSORES, para nuestro Centro de Repuestos ubicado en Vigo.
Las principales responsabilidades de la posición son las siguientes:
- Identificar las referencias tanto nacionales como internacionales desde la información que le proporcione el cliente interno.
- Responder a los requerimientos del cliente de acuerdo con los objetivos establecidos: rastrear y hacer seguimiento de las solicitudes de los clientes.
- Apoyo técnico para la identificación de referencias y procesamiento de cotizaciones.
- Revisar nuestros indicadores específicos según la tipología de la solicitud para optimizar los procesos.
- Gestionar la base de datos del Service Center.
- Colaboración directa con otros departamentos/direcciones, así como supervisores y clientes internacionales.
- Seguimiento de métricas (SLA, KPIs, OPTD) y cumplimiento de los procesos internos en la estandarización y homologación de producto.
- Creación de mejoras en herramienta web para simplificación de búsquedas de producto por parte de los usuarios.
- Dar soporte a nuestro grupo de campo en servicios tales como: alquileres de útiles, certificación de calibración, etc.
REQUISITOS:
EXPERIENCIA:
- Conocimiento en electricidad – electrónica.
- Interpretación de planos.
- Conocimiento ascensores valorable.
OTROS REQUISITOS:
- Valorable nivel de inglés.
- Ofimática: nivel usuario o alto de Ms Office completo; muy valorables conocimientos en Excel (tablas dinámicas).
