Encargado de dar soporte al Ingeniero de Calidad en los problemas relacionados con el proceso de manufactura, busca

soluciones en los problemas cotidianos de la línea, notificación de rechazos de componentes y producto terminado, interactúa

con el resto de los departamentos, recopila la información necesaria para el análisis de problemas y participa activamente en

los proyectos de mejora, así como la supervisión y coordinación directa de los auditores de calidad.

Responsabilidades:

Seguimiento a los Análisis Causa Raíz (Diagrama de

Pescado, 5 Porques), búsqueda de soluciones y acciones

correctivas de los problemas de la línea, fallas de FSTC,

rechazos internos, etc.

· Asegurar el Control Estadístico de Proceso (Tulip SPC)

· Supervisión, coordinación y entrenamiento de auditores

(Matriz de Habilidades, IT de Calidad).

· Recolección de datos para el reporte de métricos de

calidad (FTP’S, FSA, Reparación, Scrap).

· Implementar acciones de contención en problemas

encontrados en proceso y/o por notificaciones de los DC

· Creación y registro de Alertas de Calidad

· Notificación de los FSA a través del formato 5W/2H (Aplica

para Ensamble y Baterías)

· Notificación de rechazos de proveedores internos y

externos.

· Requisiciones al departamento de metrología, metalurgia,

calibración, FSTC.

· Asegurar el buen uso de los Equipos de Medición usados

para las Inspecciones y Auditorias de calidad

· Llenado del formato Hoja de Movimiento de Material y

asegurar el bloqueo del material no conforme en SAP

· Seguimiento y disposición de material no conforme en

locación (25AR, MT98, MT96, otro)

· Soporte en la liberación de Equipos por cambios en el

proceso.

· Soporte en la liberación de los Planes de Control en el

Sistema ISO

· Soporte para realización de Estudios Estadísticos (Cpk,

GR&R) · Soporte en la Creación de Master Hi-Pot y reemplazo. · Segregar Residuos de acuerdo con las categorías del área de trabajo. · Conocer los peligros y riesgos asociados a las actividades y seguir los controles operacionales definidos. · Operar maquinaria equipo previamente capacitado. · Participar en las capacitaciones de conciencia de ISO 14001 & 45001 · Generación de reporte de turno. · Comunicación de situaciones de Calidad.

  • Formación:

Tulip SPC, Solución de Problemas, Core Tools

  • Experiencia : 2 años de experiencia en área de Calidad
  • Competencias especificas:
  •   Microsoft Office, SAP, Windchill
  • Conocimiento en control Estadístico de Procesos Conocimiento de las 7 Herramientas de Calidad

  • Interpretación de dibujos
