As a Manager of Business Continuity and Cyber Resilience at KPMG, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure the continuity and resilience of our clients' operations. You will lead efforts to identify potential threats, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure rapid recovery from disruptions, including cyber incidents.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and enforce comprehensive business continuity and cyber resilience strategies to ensure clients' operations can withstand and quickly recover from disruptions.
- Risk Assessments: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats to business operations and cyber resilience.
- Client Advisory: Provide expert advice to clients on business continuity and cyber resilience, including policy development, risk assessments, and compliance strategies.
- Incident Response: Lead the development and execution of incident response plans, ensuring rapid and effective recovery from cyber incidents and other disruptions.
- Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver training programs for clients and internal teams to promote awareness and preparedness for business continuity and cyber resilience.
- Compliance Monitoring: Implement and oversee compliance monitoring, auditing, and remediation activities to ensure adherence to relevant regulations and best practices.
- Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and deliver communications in response to business continuity and cyber resilience events or inquiries from clients, regulatory bodies, or the media.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT, Legal, and other departments within the firm and with clients to ensure integrated business continuity and cyber resilience practices.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business continuity, cyber resilience, or a related field, with at least 1 years in a managerial role. Experience in a consulting environment is highly desirable.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as ISO 22301, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) are highly desirable.
- Skills:
  - In-depth understanding of business continuity and cyber resilience principles and practices.
  - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  - Proficiency in business continuity and cyber resilience tools and methodologies.
  - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
