Riveron is looking for an experienced Salesforce Techno-Functional professional who can seamlessly bridge business and technology. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical development skills combined with a deep understanding of business processes, ensuring scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
Who You Are:A Salesforce professional with 5+ years of experience in both technical and functional domains.
Proficient in Salesforce configuration and automation tools such as Flows and Process Builder.
Skilled in custom development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security best practices.
Experienced in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and translating needs into technical designs.
Familiar with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware) and data migration strategies.
Knowledgeable in version control tools (Git) and collaborative development practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and design scalable Salesforce solutions.
Implement solutions using configuration, automation tools, and custom development.
Manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
Ensure data quality, security, and compliance across Salesforce environments.
Support system enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment of solutions with user needs.
Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Salesforce deployments.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or App Builder.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
