Position Summary
Example: Review and research claims in the pre-assigned Met Refer work queues or document/Files provided by client. Understand and Identify variation and Fix/highlight/Process them as per business standards.
Job Responsibilities
• Analyze, validate and process transactions in business application
• Analyze and research all discrepancies.
• Investigate and resolve outstanding items.
• Ensure that the assigned targets are met in accordance with SLA and Internal standards.
• Ensure that the quality of transaction is following predefined parameters as defined by Process Excellence.
• Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules.
• Prior knowledge of documents Review, and document creation related to process is desirable
Education, Technical Skills & Other Critical Requirement
Education
Bachelor's degree (Any Stream) or diploma with a minimum of 15 years of education.
Experience

1-3 Year
Technical Skills
Computer navigation skills with MS Word and excel is must.
Keyboarding and data mining skills
Excellent written and oral
Knowledge of Insurance principles in relation to US Insurance is desired but not mandatory
