About the role
We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Technical SEO Specialist to support our Marketing team in enhancing our website’s backend performance and driving sustainable organic traffic growth.
You’ll audit, optimize, and troubleshoot our site’s technical infrastructure—helping us go beyond surface-level SEO to make meaningful improvements in speed, crawlability, indexation, and user experience.
What you'll be doing
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits and present clear action plans
- Optimize Core Web Vitals and overall site speed using tools like Google PageSpeed Insights
- Implement and manage structured data/schema markup
- Identify and resolve issues with crawl errors, broken links, redirects, and duplicate content
- Improve site architecture and internal linking to support SEO goals
- Work with our developers (or directly within our Wordpress CMS) to implement backend SEO fixes
- Monitor Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools to track improvements and flag new issues
- Ensure our site remains aligned with best practices during any design or content updates
About you
Key requirements:

- 1-3 years proven experience as a Technical SEO Specialist (in-house)
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, GSC, etc.)
- Experience in AI search optimization
- Experience improving Core Web Vitals and working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Familiarity with the CMS platform WordPress
- Clear communicator who can explain technical issues to non-technical teammates
- Bonus: Familiarity with schema.org markup, site migrations, and international SEO
