Technical Recruiter - APAC

The Recruiter – APAC role at CSG is responsible for end-to-end technical hiring for a global SaaS, product-based organization. This role requires strong experience recruiting for Product Engineering, Cloud, and Professional Services teams across APAC regions, including India, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.

You will partner closely with Hiring Managers and HR stakeholders to deliver high-quality talent through data-driven sourcing strategies, market intelligence, and deep technical hiring expertise. You will independently manage critical and challenging stakeholders, ensuring alignment and successful hiring outcomes. As the owner of the candidate experience, you will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a consistent and engaging hiring experience across diverse geographies.

• Strong experience in technical hiring across APAC regions, specifically India, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.

• 5+ years of corporate recruitment experience in SaaS, product-based, or technology-driven organizations.

• Proven expertise hiring for Product Engineering and technical roles, including Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, and Professional Services.

• Ability to independently manage critical and tough stakeholders, building credibility and trust through consultative guidance and market insights.

• Ability to partner effectively with global Hiring Managers, providing regional market insights and hiring strategy recommendations.

• Expertise in proactive sourcing, pipeline building, and engaging passive technical talent.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and consultative skills.
