Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager / Business Analyst to join our Global Technology Organization. This role serves as a critical bridge between Technology, Operational Risk, and Internal Audit teams, ensuring strong governance, effective risk management, and regulatory compliance across Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Application Development functions.
Years of Experience
5-8 years of in IT Risk / GRC / Audit roles.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between Global Technology, Operational Risk, and Internal Audit, ensuring alignment with governance and compliance objectives.
Identify and lead automation and continuous control monitoring (CCM) initiatives to streamline audit, risk, and control management workflows, enhance cyber and technology control effectiveness, and improve real-time risk visibility through data and analytics.
Coordinate third-party risk management activities, including review and tracking of vendor security questionnaires, assessment findings.
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and control maturity across ITGRC operations.
Coordinate and manage audit and assessment activities, including control testing, evidence collection, issue tracking, and remediation efforts.
Lead and facilitate risk assessments, control gap analyses, and develop remediation or improvement plans in collaboration with technology teams.
Drive project management activities for risk and audit initiatives—planning, progress tracking, reporting, and timely delivery of milestones.
Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory obligations, and industry standards such as SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI-DSS.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Risk Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience working with Operational Risk, Internal Audit, and Compliance stakeholders.
Solid knowledge of IT control frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, SOX).
Relevant certifications such as ITIL, ITGOV, PMP, AGILE, CISA, CRISC, CISM, are preferred.
Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity practices, and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
