The Technical Project Manager is responsible for overseeing complex systems integration projects using .Net and IBM MQ, designing message flows, troubleshooting, and advising clients on IT developments. They ensure the implementation of architecture and infrastructure while addressing technical concerns and requirements from client meetings.
- Proven programming background with emphasis on systems integration using .Net and IBM MQ
- Hands-on experience in design, installation, configuration and build of the MQ infrastructure with .Net
- Design end to end complex message flows to support varying application requirements. Build of MQ objects across multiple platform
- Experience in the IBM PMR problem determination and troubleshooting process.
- Experience within product & Fix pack installations and version upgrades of WebSphere MQ.
- Should be strong in using MQSC and PCF commands.
- Should be strong in Distributed Queue Management.
- Should be strong in MQ channel configuration using different transmission protocols.
- Should have experience with MQ Clusters.
- Past experience in designing banks IT middleware using .Net Technology (ASP.Net, MVC) and SQL Server
- Plan and design the structure of a technology solution
- Involve in customer meeting for new Project Requirements
- Evaluate and select appropriate software and suggest integration methods for new projects
- Advise clients on future IT developments are also be part of technical architecture review
- Assist with solving technical problems when they arise
- Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure
- Address technical concerns, ideas and suggestions
- Excellent communication skills
- Degree or Post Graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant subjects
- Past working experience in a relevant role, i.e. IBM MQ Architect/designer/build specialist
- Previous experience should be in Banking Domain
