Lead enterprise software delivery for loan and lending management platforms. Manage scope, timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication. We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise software development initiatives by combining strong project management practices with deep technical expertise and domain knowledge in Loan and Lending Management. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between Product Management, Engineering teams, and Business Stakeholders, ensuring successful project delivery while serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned products.
Key Responsibilities:-Project & Delivery Management
- Lead and manage enterprise software development projects from initiation through delivery.
- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Prepare and present project status updates, delivery roadmaps, and progress reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Coordinate effectively with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Product, and Business teams to drive successful execution.
- Serve as the Scrum Master for development teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies and promoting continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum principles and best practices across project teams.
- Mentor and coach team members on Agile methodologies, collaboration, and delivery excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of experience managing software development projects.
- At least 3+ years of experience in a software development role is good to have.
- Mandatory experience in Loan and Lending Management platforms.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), project governance, and release management processes.
- Technical background— strong knowledge of modern enterprise tech stacks including.NET/Java, React, PostgreSQL, and AWS/Azure project.
