- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, timelines, success metrics, and resource alignment for shared technical programs
- Drive alignment on goals, priorities, and sequencing across multiple development teams with competing demands
- Identify, manage, and proactively escalate inter-team dependencies, risks, and delivery challenges
- Serve as the central point of coordination between platform teams, product teams, and enabling functions
- Facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration through regular planning, dependency, and delivery ceremonies
- Provide clear, consistent visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes through status reporting and stakeholder communications
- Partner with engineering, product, and leadership to ensure delivered initiatives meet quality standards and achieve intended business and customer impact

- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong technical fluency and understanding of technical concepts such as APIs, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD process, etc.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and experience working with Agile delivery methodologies and project management tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across multiple teams
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and align both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership
