We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions!  This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best-in-class service to our customers. 

Responsibilities:

  • Write Requirements and Functional Specifications for new and updated features
  • Sprint planning for application updates
  • Support engineering team stand-up
  • Ensure systems remain Secure and Compliant and meet all standards
  • Partner with engineering and stakeholder teams to plan and deliver functional and user acceptance testing (UAT). Plan scope and scenarios, write UAT plan, communicate scope and requirements to testers and stakeholders, run daily triage, and send daily status reports
  • Work across all product lifecycle stages from product definition, planning, release, modifications, maintenance, and feature deprecation
  • Write weekly status reports.
  • Communicate planned and in-flight work.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience with Driving planning with engineering, sprint planning, project management
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience with Writing requirements and/or specifications
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience with Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Experience with Azure Dev Ops (ADO) and Azure Products
  • Strong understanding of both program management and project management. 6+ years of relevant experience required

Salary Range: 

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $110,000 to $120,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
