The Technical Product Owner leads digital initiatives, manages backlog priorities, ensures quality digital experiences, and collaborates with teams for successful delivery.
We are seeking a Technical Product Owner – Digital Experience Platforms (DXP) to lead the delivery of digital initiatives including websites, portals, and customer-facing platforms.
You will work closely with Business Analysts, UX/UI teams, Scrum Masters, and engineering teams to translate business needs into build-ready requirements, manage backlog priorities, and ensure high-quality digital experiences are delivered.
Experience in destination or mixed-use digital programs (tourism, culture, retail, hospitality, real estate) is a strong plus.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Vision & Roadmap- Define and communicate product vision for digital platforms
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business goals
- Translate business requirements into epics, features, and user stories
- Own backlog prioritization based on value, risk, and dependencies
- Ensure readiness with clear acceptance criteria
- Lead delivery of websites, portals, and DXP platforms
- Align UX/UI, content, and technical requirements
- Ensure usability, accessibility, and engagement standards
- Support sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with Scrum Master for smooth delivery
- Act as bridge between business and technical teams
- Manage dependencies across UX, dev, QA, DevOps, integrations
- Define acceptance criteria and validate delivery
- Support UAT, defect triage, and release readiness
- Improve backlog quality and delivery practices
- Use metrics and feedback to optimize product performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, BIS, or related field
- 3–5 years experience as a Product Owner or similar role
- Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge
- Experience translating business requirements into user stories
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps
- CSPO / CSM certifications are a plus
- Arabic & English preferred
- Product ownership & backlog management
- DXP / CMS understanding (Sitecore, AEM, Optimizely, etc.)
- Website & digital platform delivery experience
- Agile & Scrum execution
- UX and customer journey translation
- Stakeholder communication
- Technical collaboration with engineering teams
- UAT and acceptance validation
- Awareness of integrations (CRM, SSO, analytics, etc.)
