SupplyHouse.com (through an EOR), a rapidly growing e-commerce industrial supply company, is seeking a Technical Product Manager to join our Customer Experience (CX) team. Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Location: Remote (Must be located in India and able to verify right to work within the country)

Schedule: Standard business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET. Employees located outside of the United States work a schedule with a minimum of 4-5 hours per day that overlap with our standard business hours to ensure effective collaboration.

Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 USD per year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy, discovery, and execution of initiatives involving complex system integrations, enhancements, and customer-facing features 
  • Apply SEO best practices and ensure front-end performance and web vitals are optimized to the highest standards while considering the customer experience. 
  • Leverage Voice of Customer (VoC) program, CX metrics, and market trends to improve customer satisfaction and product development (e.g., journey mapping, customer touchpoints).
  • Collaborate closely with developers to define technical requirements, ensuring feasibility and alignment with business objectives. 
  • Work closely with UX designers to ensure solutions are customer-centric, scalable, and aligned with the brand's design system. 
  • Act as a translator between business and technical stakeholders, clarifying business needs while advocating for technical best practices. 
  • Own the product backlog, creating detailed and technically sound user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation within JIRA and Confluence. 
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint reviews, ensuring the team delivers high-quality solutions. 
  • Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis, using product analytics and key metrics like NPS, CSAT, and CES to track performance, measure satisfaction, and inform decisions.
  • Execute A/B testing, implement customer feedback loops, and iterate based on insights to enhance product performance.
  • Drive technical solutioning sessions with IT, ensuring alignment on architecture, data flows, and system design. 
  • Evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on business impact, technical complexity, and resource availability. 
  • Support end-to-end testing, QA, and validation for technical implementations and system integrations. 
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying and resolving technical issues post-launch.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering) or equivalent experience. 
  • 6+ years of experience, with 3+ years in a product or technical role focused on software development or system integrations. 
  • Hands-on experience working with developers and IT teams, including writing technical requirements and participating in technical discussions (e.g., APIs, data models, architecture). 
  • Experience collaborating with UX designers, scaling design systems, and using tools like Figma to ensure design consistency and usability. 
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as WMS, ERP, CRM, or similar platforms, and experience in integrating these systems is a strong plus. 
  • Experience with or exposure to full stack development and its associated frameworks such as Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, React, etc. 
  • Expertise with JIRA, Confluence, and agile methodologies. 
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills with a proven ability to align diverse stakeholders around a shared vision. 
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to evaluate technical trade-offs and drive decisions. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • High-level proficiency of written and verbal communication in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience specifically within an ecommerce setting preferred. 
  • CSPO, SAFe POPM, or other relevant technical certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, or similar).
