As part of the Pharm Advance Supply Chain Program, we are looking for a strong leader that can set direction and can drive implementation based on proven knowledge and experience in the field of ERP Finance, across Supply Chain Finance, Product Costing, Material Ledger, Intercompany processing, and End-to-End integrated solutions. The Technical Product Manager ERP Supply Chain Finance will be an active member of the Pharm Supply Chain JJT team, driving global standardization within Pharma of ERP technology solutions in the scope of Supply Chain Finance.
The Technical Product Manager ERP Supply Chain Finance will be an active member of the ERP Finance JJT team, will lead team in future and will drive global standardization within Pharma of ERP Supply Chain Finance technology solutions. The role will fundamentally lead all aspects of platform governance, continuous improvement & efficiencies across the ERP Supply Chain Finance scope, enabling strategic capabilities, human centered design, and platform integration across our digital ecosystem.

Experience and Skills:Required: Domain Expertise
- Solid Understanding of Supply Chain Finance business processes: Material Ledger Configuration, Cutover, Data Migration, Interim State, Product Cost Planning, Integrated Manufacturing Processes, Subcontracting Processes, Variance Analysis, Period end closing, Cost Allocation
- Solid Understanding of SAP-ERP Product Costing technical capabilities: Cost Component Structure, Costing Variant configuration, Parallel Valuation, Settlement structure, Plan Vs Actual cost comparison.
- Understanding the end-to-end business process linkages across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Finance and Master Data.
- Accountable for solution design and implementation of the Intercompany capabilities for Pharma Supply Chain on the ERP platform and the integration with the ERP ecosystem
- Drive business process standardization and strategies to drive outstanding design for ERP Intercompany flows, including Intercompany Sales and Toll Manufacturing
- Effectively engage with business and functional teams in providing the best fit technical solutions while aligning to TranSCend program develop and implementation standards
- Accountable for technical delivery and value realization in partnership with the business workstream lead
- Accountable to manage the coordinated build with the Engineering team to ensure the end-to-end build of a particular part of a solution is compliant and works as designed.
- Lead all aspects of planning and execution of Technical Testing by Engineering team; Support business workstream lead to plan and execute User Acceptance Testing
- Apply compliance requirements within scope of responsibility, ensures SDLC documentation, system configuration and compliance activities are up to date as the need arises.
- Experience in Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare industry and good Knowledge of SOX & GxP compliance regulations.
- Experience with Agile methodology and solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model and documentation.
- Focuses on Business agility, Agile delivery with a fail-fast approach, and measurable outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability of accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
- A constant learner, looking for new ways to implement features and functions that develops higher levels of customer satisfaction.
- Applied knowledge of S/4 HANA.
- Experience working in a global/regional setting.
