Position Summary:

As a Technical Marketing Engineer (TME), you will be the bridge between our high-level product strategy and the deep technical reality of our users. You aren't just a marketer; you are a power user, a storyteller, and a technical expert. You will be responsible for creating the "proof" that our platform solves real-world problems for network engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Content Creation: Develop high-quality technical assets including deep-dive white papers, reference architectures, technical blogs, and detailed "how-to" guides.
  • Demo Excellence: Build, maintain, and script world-class demo environments. You will ensure our sales engineering team has the best "sandboxes" to showcase our ML-driven insights.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Stay ahead of the AIOps landscape. Conduct hands-on lab testing of competing products to create "Why Selector" technical battlecards.
  • "How-To" Series: Build and record a library of snackable technical tutorials designed to reduce time-to-value for new users.
  • AI-Assisted Development: Utilize modern AI coding tools (like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Replit) to rapidly prototype custom front-end dashboards and visualization layers.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date on the latest networking technologies, industry trends (e.g., AIOps, Network Automation, SASE, SD-WAN), and competitor products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of engineering experience
  • Modern Dev Workflow: Proficiency with Cursor or similar AI-augmented IDEs to accelerate the creation of React, Vue, or Tailwind-based front-end demos.
  • Creative Suite: Familiarity with video capture and editing tools (e.g., Camtasia, Loom, Descript, or Adobe Premiere).
  • Networking & Ops Core: You must speak the language of the persona—BGP, gNMI, Flow data, and OpenConfig should be second nature.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions.
  • A self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits.
  • unlimited weeks of paid time off, plus company holidays.
  • A dynamic and collaborative work environment with a focus on professional growth.
  • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and make a significant impact on the company's success.
