- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Technical Support, IT Support, or Post-Production Support.
- Provide technical support for audio and video production.
- Provide day-to-day IT support to users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and technical issues.

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and related systems.
