Job Summary: The CX Technical Analyst sits at the intersection of customer experience, technical expertise, and data-driven insights. This role supports our mid-market customers by designing, configuring, and delivering scalable technical solutions that help them extract meaningful insights from the Brandwatch product suite. As part of the CX organization, you will work closely with customers and internal teams to solve complex technical challenges, improve customer outcomes, and ensure clients are empowered to get maximum value from Brandwatch. This is a hands-on role requiring strong analytical skills and technical curiosity.
What you’ll do
- Become an advanced user of the Brandwatch product suite, applying a hands-on and forward-thinking approach to solving customer data framework and setups
- Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to design and implement technical solutions aligned to customer objectives
- Build and deliver scalable data solutions, including:
- Query writing and data configuration
- Dataset creation, cleaning, and segmentation
- Visual dashboards and data frameworks
- Present technical deliverables to both technical and non-technical audiences, translating complexity into clarity
- Work largely independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines, maintaining a high bar for quality and accuracy
What you bring
- 1–3+ years of experience in data analysis, boolean query writing, analytics, or a technical analyst role, preferably in a business or customer-facing environment
- Experience working with large datasets or unstructured text, with the ability to simplify complexity into insights
- Technical aptitude and curiosity, with confidence learning new software and tools
- Experience building data visualizations and crafting compelling data-driven setups
- Strong time-management and prioritization skills, including the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Fluency in English
Nice to have (but not required)
- Familiarity with Brandwatch or similar media intelligence, social listening, or analytics platforms
- Basic understanding of APIs and data integrations
- Experience working directly with customers
