Lead design and development of scalable, secure Java enterprise applications and Spring Boot microservices. Implement REST APIs, multithreading, high-availability solutions, and Oracle PL/SQL integrations. Drive architecture, collaborate with global teams, follow Agile practices, and communicate with business stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in developing enterprise applications
- Design, and develop scalable and secure Java-based applications.
- Strong hands on experience in Core Java
- Multi-threading and Synchronization on multicore systems
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Principles
- Solid architectural understanding of enterprise applications
- Experience with REST based APIs and SpringBoot Microservices
- Proficient in Security and building high availability applications
- Spring/Hibernate
- Oracle PL SQL Experience
- Agile development experience
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written; ability to face off to business users.
- Good team-work skills, and the ability to work in a distributed global team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
