Description and Requirements
- • Ability to comprehend requirements and conceptualize data analysis and visualization • Strong data analysis and superior problem-solving skills
• Strong PC Application Skills (MS Office, including PowerPoint and Advanced Excel)
• Strong VBA and macro development skills
• Working knowledge of Power Query
• Proficient in Data & Business Analysis
• Project Management Skills
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with various levels, including understanding, documenting complex ideas and requirements into actionable steps.
• Related work experience with Insurance/Disability products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required to work with customers of all levels of case complexity
• Excellent communication skills - both written and oral with the ability to explain complex subject matter to both technical and non-technical audiences so that issues are understood quickly, and stakeholders are suitably engaged.
• Ability to drive continuous process improvement including the development of new processes and systems
