Key Responsibilities:
Ensure high security standards are maintained throughout the shift
Ensure SOP's are followed by the team
Attendance management
Daily tallying and auditing of stones received and stored in safe
Take ownership of the entire photography and videography process of precious stones and ensure thorough stock check at the end of each shift
Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
Motivating the team to achieve organisational goals.
Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
Delegating tasks to team members.
Conducting training of team members to maximise their potential.
Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
Conducting monthly performance reviews.
Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years of Team handling experience
Transparent & honest approach- as he/she will be dealing with stones
Speaks good English, written and verbal
MS Office and reporting skills
Ability to multitask efficiently with multiple counterparts
Attention to detail
Humble, honest, trustworthy
Shows respect & appreciation for every person
Takes 100% responsibility with a can do attitude - Does not blame, complain, criticize or condemn
