Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all on-campus and in-house recruitment activities including presentations, campus events, and interviews.
  • Manage relationships with key contacts in the business and at university career centers.
  • Execute the engagement and recruitment activities by liaising with partners including the universities and other industry associations.
  • Operate as integrated member of Talent Acquisition to understand future hiring needs, leverage hiring best practices and successfully execute our campus DEI hiring strategy. Simultaneously, maintain a close partnership with the Morningstar career program team to align hiring with MDP-specific goals.
  • Drive and operationalize all hiring and pipeline programs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with universities.
  • Oversee fresher Hiring processes, timelines, and metrics. Ensure we are on track to meet hiring targets while maintaining a high caliber of candidates and consistent, diverse pipeline.
  • Regularly share campus Hiring Metric updates and insights with key stakeholders
  • Own standard operating procedures for all campus Hiring, ensuring all documentation is available and up to date. Work with the Stakeholders and TA teams to determine quality procedures that adhere to our hiring philosophy as well as the long-term vision for Early Careers.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for technology-related implementations of campus Hiring with our People Technology team and manage the vendor relationship.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing fresher hiring.
  • Should have experience in end-to-end campus process on PAN India basis.
  • Should have 2-3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
  • Has good connects with Campuses is desirable.
