Job Purpose:

This position provides administrative and coordination support for the Talent Management team and all program delivery. The Talent Management function delivers broad and complex programs gloablly and this role owns and carries out support details critical to the efficiency and effectiveness of the team and it's programs. The TM team as well as numerous other HR roles are heavily reliant on this role to perform their own functions.E

Responsibilities:

  • Order, assemble, manage, collate and ship documentation and materials for training initiatives
  • Program enrollment and pre-session administration
  • Provide calendar and administrative support for the department Directors and VP
  • Initiate and manage logistics for all trainings: booking of locations, meeting rooms, etc.
  • Operate as Talent Management department administrator, addressing overarching administrative needs for talent management team, including budgetary matters, exp reporting and internal cross charging
  • Additional duties as assigned
  • Meets attendance and punctuality standards

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • >3 to 5 Years of relevant work experience
