We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. As a data-driven person who enjoys challenges and lives to recruit, you will play a leading role in identifying and engaging top talent using creative and resourceful methods. 

In this fast-paced, exciting industry, you will have the opportunity to make an impact on our success and enable our growth goals by driving recruitment strategies to hire talented people to our global offices.

 Responsible:

  • Own the recruitment process end-to-end- CV screen, phone interviews, schedule interviews, working closely with agencies etc.
  • Creatively source top-notch candidates via multiple sourcing channels and maintain a strong pipeline of talent
  • Partner and work closely with global hiring managers to design the hiring process, craft profiles, and ensure high-quality talent recruitment
  • Conduct market research, and stay informed about industry trends, talent landscapes, and talent sourcing best practices.
  • Manage effective, data-driven recruiting processes while utilizing dashboards and reports with metrics to support smart decision-making to improve business outcomes and recruit the best talent
  • Create and maintain an excellent candidate experience
  • Support employees through all stages of the employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding
  • Partner with HRBP on employee welfare initiatives and running the office, while assisting with relevant projects as needed
Requirements
  • +3 years of proven experience of end-to-end recruiting in-house, preferably at a global high tech company that had grown rapidly  
  • Experience with a wide variety of sourcing with AI tools and methods
  • Proven experience in working with a global hiring processes, including conduct interviews
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a very dynamic environment
  • Data-driven approach and ability to report and analyze hiring processes
  • Pro-active with a can-do attitude and a strong sense of urgency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
  • Working with Comeet, HiBob- Advantage
